How do I prepare for your handyman services?  What if I don’t have any tools?
Just relax and let us do the work. If you like you can make a list of all of the projects that you would like done, and you may want to clear the area of any tough to get to spots. Our handymen will come with all of the tools, equipment and some standard materials to do many jobs.

Who provides the materials for my job?
If there are any materials needed for your job, you have several options:
1) Purchase materials ahead of time saving money associated with material handling/pick-up costs.  2) Do the shopping for any materials not on hand while our we are working at your home/business.  3) Go to the store to pay directly for the materials and have us pick up the materials for you.

What if I think of something last minute can I add it on?
Depending on our current schedule, we may be able to add on additional time to your visit. If extra time is unavailable, we can assist you in scheduling a follow-up visit.

Do I need to be home for the service?
If it is your first appointment, then we recommend that you to be home for the beginning and completion of your project. If you are a regular customer then other arrangements can be made.

What if I need an estimate for my project?
Please call us or contact us via our on-line form. We may be able to give you an estimate for small repairs over the phone. For larger projects, we will schedule a time to give you an estimate.

How do I pay for your services?
You can either give a check or pay in cash at the end of the job. You will be given a receipt for any payment made.

Can I trust the handyman in my home or office?
We know that trust is a major factor when you have someone coming into your home or business, so we are glad to provide references and encourage you to check us out at the Better Business Bureau.

Do you work weekends and evenings?
We make every effort to accommodate you scheduling needs, especially in the case of emergency repairs.
